“It’s the little details that are vital.  Little things make big things happen.”  John Wooden

Details, details, details!  A business owner/solo-preneur can be literally overwhelmed by the details; and yet, the details are vitally important for a successful business operation

For example, you need to meet with a client on a regular bi-weekly schedule for the next 6 months.  The first few appointments are on the books, but who is going to remember to schedule the remaining meetings?  Will you be able to be proactive and contact the client or will the client have to come to you?  Would your life be easier if someone else kept track of the scheduling details (and also handled the rescheduling if a conflict arose)?
