. Services team, we’ll find the clients for you. Since you will be an employee of S.E.D. Services, we’ll take care of all the tax withholding concerns. And, as part of the team, someone will always be there for your clients if you can’t.

Virtual Assistant Experience/Capabilities

  • 3 to 5 years executive level administrative or customer service support; or equivalent
  • Available Monday through Friday during normal business hours
  • Excellent English language skills, written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 2007 or later (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Equipment:
    • PC with Windows 7 or later; or PC compatible MAC
    • Ability to write to CD and flash drive
    • Printer – color printing capabilities preferred
    • Fax
    • Scanner
    • High speed internet connection
    • Phone other than the household or family phone
  • Software:
    • Microsoft Office 2007 or later (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
    • Adobe Reader
    • Software which converts files to PDF
    • Microsoft Publisher, Adobe Acrobat Pro a plus
    • Experience with Internet research
    • Experience with Microsoft Publisher a plus
