Susan Devereaux
Principal

Susan Devereaux, Founder and Principal of S.E.D. Services, LLC, has over 25 years experience in the areas of management, customer service, and administrative and marketing support in a wide variety of business environments. She combines this experience with her organizational skills to provide exceptional service to her clients. A competitive ballroom dancer, Susan brings the same drive and dedication required of the sport to her clients.

Susan and her staff provide marketing and administrative support services to several small businesses and a variety of professionals and independent consultants. Administrative support services range from one time projects, such as bulk mailings, finalizing documents or presentations and research, to full administrative duties, such as calendaring, managing document libraries, interfacing with clients’ clients. Marketing support services include assembling and mailing client marketing packets, obtaining contact information for clients, and small event planning.

Prior to founding her own company, Susan worked at Merrill Lynch providing support to two brokers with a combined annual volume of $1.5 million. She also served as a training consultant to the International Monetary Fund, designing programs, producing training materials, and providing course instruction. Prior to the IMF, she managed the General Services Department for a major Washington, DC bank which included purchasing, supply, communications, records retention and in-house print shop functions.

Susan holds a BS in Secondary Education from Clarion State University, Clarion, PA.
